Ala. Admin. Code r. 280-X-9-.01 - Repayment Terms
Repayment of loans with service will be in accordance with Code of Ala. 1975, § 16-47-79(c), and terms of the contract signed by the loan recipients and the chairman of the Board. (280-X-5-.01)
