Ala. Admin. Code r. 335-7-6-.20 - Cryptosporidium Treatment Requirement Schedule

Following bin classification, systems must provide the level of treatment for Cryptosporidium Treatment Requirement Schedule required under rule 335-7-6-.19 according to the schedule below:

(a) Cryptosporidium Treatment Requirement Schedule treatment compliance dates.

At least 100,000	April 1, 2012
50,000 to 99,999	October 1, 2012
10,000 to 49,999	October 1, 2013
< 10,000	October 1, 2014

^a The Department may allow up to an additional two years for complying with the treatment requirement for systems making capital improvements.

(b) If the bin classification for a system changes following any round of source water monitoring, the system must provide the level of treatment for Cryptosporidium Treatment Requirement Schedule required under rule 335-7-6-.19 on a schedule approved by the Department.
