Ala. Admin. Code r. 356-X-2-.10 - Administrative Regulations
The Board delegates to the executive director the function of specifying required actions and designing the detailed arrangements under which the school will be operated. These rules and detailed arrangements constitute the administrative regulations governing the school. They shall be consistent with policies adopted by the Board. The Board shall be provided copies of said rules and regulations.
