Ala. Admin. Code r. 482-2-101-.05 - Use Of Later Code Editions

In his discretion and upon request in connection with particular projects, the State Fire Marshal may allow use of later editions of fire or building codes promulgated by the International Code Council& than those specified in this chapter.
