The State Fire Marshal hereby sets the following fees as are declared necessary for the administration and enforcement of Section 8-17-230, et seq., Code of Ala. 1975, relating to the pyrotechnic displays:
(a) Initial Pyrotechnic Display Operator
License, as specified in Section
8-17-231(b)(5).

(b) Biennial renewal of
Pyrotechnic Display Operator License, as specified in Section
8-17-231(c) (5).

Special Effects Operator License, as specified in Section

Pyrotechnic Special Effects Operator License, as specified in Section
