Ala. Admin. Code r. 610-X-17-.12 - Verification of Alabama Permit
1. The Board
obtains primary source verification directly from the approved educational
programs or an organization recognized by the United States Department of
Education prior to issuing a permit.
2. Upon receipt of an electronic written
request and payment of the required fee, the Board's designee shall provide
written verification of an Alabama permit.
3. The Board provides primary source
verification to employers of NST-C through an online subscription service and
through license/permit look-up services.
4. Healthcare organizations that employ
NST-Cs shall verify permits through the Board website or subscription
service.
