Ala. Admin. Code r. 635-X-1-.04 - Officers Of The Board
(1)
Chairman: The secretary of the Alabama Optometric Association automatically
becomes chairman of the Board when he assumes his office.
(2) Vice Chairman: A vice chairman shall be
elected by a majority vote of the members of the Board present at an official
meeting of the Board. The term of office shall be at the discretion of the
Board.
(3) Treasurer: A treasurer
shall be elected by a majority vote of the members of the Board present at an
official meeting of the Board. The term of office shall be at the discretion of
the Board.
