Ala. Admin. Code r. 720-X-5-.01 - Work Permitted By Journeyman Plumbers
(1) It shall be unlawful and a violation of
Act No. 2015-496 as amended for a journeyman plumber, certified in accordance
with the rules and regulations of the Alabama Plumbers and Gas Fitters
Examining Board to perform any plumbing, as provided in Act No. 2015-496 as
amended or as may be further defined by the Board in rules passed by the Board,
unless said journeyman plumber performs said work for a company that is
properly registered with the Board and under the general supervision of a
certified master plumber.
