10 AAC 40.030 - Time period for receipt of comments
When soliciting comments under AS 26.30.010(e) on an application for designation or expansion of a military facility zone, the adjutant general will set a time period for receipt of comments and post that time period as part of the notice placed on the Alaska Online Public Notice System (AS 44.62.175).
