11 AAC 40.040 - Registration term, renewals, and submission dates

(a) Except as set out in 11 AAC 40.060, an industrial hemp registration is valid for 12 consecutive months from the date it is issued.
(b) An industrial hemp registration may be renewed for unlimited, additional one-year terms.
