11 AAC 40.080 - Denial of registration application and renewal application
(a) The division
will deny an application for a new registration if the division finds that the
signatory is not authorized to sign the application or is ineligible to
participate in the program under
11 AAC 40.030.
(b) The division may deny an application for
a renewal registration if the division finds that
(1) an applicant is not responsive to a
request for additional information;
(2) the renewal application is postmarked or
received by the division less than 15 calendar days before the end of the
applicant's registration term as required under
11 AAC
40.060(a);
(3) a registration has been suspended or
revoked under
11 AAC 40.830; or
(4) any action taken under
11 AAC 40.800 prohibits renewal of
the registration.
(c) If
the division denies an application, the division will finish a written
statement to the applicant, explaining the reasons for the denial.
(d) The aggrieved applicant may appeal the
denial in compliance with
11 AAC 40.830.
