11 AAC 65.040 - Renewals

(a) Application for renewal of a permit must be made in writing at least 90 days, but not more than 180 days, before the expiration of the permit. The application must be accompanied by the fee prescribed by 11 AAC 05.180.
(b) A permit will be renewed if the continued use complies with 11 AAC 65.050 - 11 AAC 65.900.
(c) A permit issued and renewed under this chapter is valid only during the lifetime of the original holder of that permit.
