11 AAC 80.015 - Annual rental payments
(a) Repealed 8/6/94.
(b) The first year's rental charge may, upon
agreement of the commissioner of natural resources and the applicant, be based
upon an informal appraisal, and the first year's rental charge shall be
adjusted on the basis of the formal appraisal conducted before the end of the
first year of the lease term.
