12 AAC 16.320 - Approved subjects
To be approved by the board, a subject must contribute directly to the professional competency of a person licensed to practice as a chiropractor and be directly related to the concepts of chiropractic principles, philosophy, and practice, including the following:
(1) treatment and adjustment technique,
including physiotherapy, nutrition and dietetics;
(2) examination and diagnosis or analysis
including physical, laboratory, orthopedic, neurological and
differential;
(3) radiographic
technique and interpretation, involving all phases of roentgenology as
permitted by law;
(4) study of the
methods employed in the prevention of excessive radiation and safety
precautions to the patient; and
(5)
diagnostic imaging.
