12 AAC 40.985 - General anesthetic
A commercially prepared mixture of 50 percent oxygen and 50 percent nitrous oxide, when self-administered by a patient as part of the outpatient care provided by a licensed podiatrist, is an analgesic and not a general anesthetic referred to in AS 08.64.380(9)(B).
