17 AAC 15.381 - Utility change orders
(a) Changes in the plans, specifications, or
quantities of work for relocating facilities must be authorized by a utility
change order issued by the department.
(b) Modified cost estimates, plans, and a
scope-of-work statement must include in each utility change order.
