18 AAC 52.045 - Decentralized inspection program
To carry out the requirements of this chapter, an implementing agency may implement a decentralized I/M program that
(1) meets the performance standards described
in 18 AAC 52.035(d);
and
(2) otherwise meets the
applicable requirements of this chapter.
