18 AAC 60.335 - Minimum operator qualifications for a Class I MSWLF
A Class I MSWLF must have at least one qualified landfill operator or manager on its staff at all times. For purposes of this section, "qualified" means a person who
(1) has
at least two years of experience in operating or managing a landfill;
and
(2) maintains a current
certification as a landfill operator or manager from the Solid Waste
Association of North America, or an equivalent certification approved by the
department.
