18 AAC 62.699 - Federal appendices
The following appendices to 40 C.F.R. Part 265, revised as of July 1, 2022, are adopted by reference:
(1) Appendix I (recordkeeping
instructions);
(2) Appendix III (EPA
interim primary drinking water standards);
(3) Appendix IV (tests for
significance);
(4) Appendix V
(examples of potentially incompatible waste); and
(5) Appendix VI (compounds with Henry's Law
Constant less than 0.1 Y/X).
