18 AAC 72.960 - Appeals

(a) After receiving the department's decision concerning plans submitted for approval under this chapter, the applicant or other person adversely affected by the plan review decision may request an informal review of the decision under 18 AAC 15.185 and may request an adjudicatory hearing under 18 AAC 15.195 - 18 AAC 15.340.
(b) Repealed 7/11/2002.
