18 AAC 80.701 - Applicability of long-term enhanced surface water treatment requirements

The requirements of 40 C.F.R. 141.500 - 141.571 (Subpart T - Enhanced Filtration and Disinfection - Systems Serving Fewer Than 10,000 People), as adopted by reference in 18 AAC 80.010(a), apply to a public water system that

(1) is identified in 18 AAC 80.600; and

(2) serves fewer than 10,000 individuals.
