18 AAC 90.030 - Distribution, sale, and purchase requirements
(a) A person may
not distribute or sell
(2) a restricted-use pesticide unless the
person is a certified pesticide dealer and has proof that the purchaser is
(A) certified under this chapter in the
applicable category of use; or
(B)
authorized in writing by an applicator certified in the applicable category of
use to purchase the restricted-use pesticide for use by the certified
applicator.
(b) a person may not purchase a
restricted-use pesticide unless that person is
(1) certified under this chapter in the
applicable category of use; or
(2)
authorized in writing by an applicator certified in the applicable category of
use to purchase a restricted-use pesticide for use by the certified
applicator.
