2 AAC 08.080 - Transfer of annual and personal leave
(a) If an employee
transfers with no break in service to a position not covered by a collective
bargaining agreement, accrued annual or personal leave will be transferred to
the employee's new personal leave account.
(b) If an employee transfers, with no break
in service, to a position that is covered by a collective bargaining agreement,
accrued annual or personal leave will be transferred to the employee's new
annual or personal leave account.
