2 AAC 08.105 - Effect of termination and reemployment on banked sick leave
(a) Except as
provided in
2 AAC 08.090(g), an employee's banked
sick leave account will be cancelled without pay upon termination of employment
with the state.
(b) Former
employees who return to state service are not entitled to credit for cancelled
banked sick leave earned in previous employment.
