2 AAC 64.930 - Form of filings
(a) An original paper filed with the office
must be on eight and one-half by eleven inch white paper, and must be
typewritten or printed mechanically, unless the paper is a form that was
provided by an agency and completed in handwriting or the party filing the
paper is unrepresented and does not have access to a typewriter or computer
printer. An unrepresented party without access to a typewriter or computer
printer may submit handwritten original papers. A paper, whether an original or
copy, filed with the office must be legible.
(b) An exhibit filed with the office must be
marked with the name of the party filing it and exhibit number, unless
otherwise ordered by the administrative law judge, and its pages must be
numbered consecutively.
