2 AAC 90.460 - Examination results confidential
The department will only use the results of a physical or mental examination required in this chapter to determine the physical or mental competency of the person to operate a motor vehicle. The results are confidential and will be released only to the affected person, an attorney representing the affected person, or under court order.
