2 AAC 90.660 - Non-compliant driver's licenses and identification cards

A driver's license and identification card issued by the department that is not acceptable by federal agencies for official purposes must

(1) clearly state on its face and in the machine-readable zone that the driver's license or identification card is not acceptable for official purposes; and
(2) include a unique design or color indicator that clearly distinguishes the driver's license or identification card them from a driver's license or and identification card that is federally compliant.
