2 AAC 92.210 - Residence address
(a) For purposes of this chapter, a person
may have only one principal place of residence and residence address.
(b) In this section,
(1) "principal place of residence" means the
place where a person normally resides, resides the majority of the time, or
returns to after periods of temporary absence;
(2) "residence address,"
(A) for the owner of a noncommercial vehicle,
means the address, legal description, or physical description of the owner's
principal place of residence;
(B)
in the case of multiple owners of a noncommercial vehicle with different
residence addresses, means the address of the owner that best identifies where
the vehicle is normally kept or operated;
(C) for the owner of a commercial vehicle,
means the address where the business is physically located, or the situs as
defined in
AS
28.10.431(e).
