20 AAC 40.540 - People with alcoholism
(a) Subject to (b)
of this section, people with alcoholism are persons who can be diagnosed using
the DSM-5 with an alcohol induced disorder comparable to those
listed in AS 47.30.056(f)(1) -
(6) or with a comparable disorder using the
ICD-10-CM.
(b) In
addition to persons described in (a) of this section, people with alcoholism
include persons with conditions that support a DSM-5 diagnosis
of "other conditions that may be a focus of clinical attention" or a comparable
ICD-10-CM diagnosis, even though that condition is not due to
an alcohol-induced disorder described in
AS
47.30.056(f)(1) - (6) or (a)
of this section.
