21 AAC 25.040 - Third party complaints

The ombudsman will not accept a complaint made on behalf of another person, unless the complainant is authorized by law to act on behalf of that person in regard to the ombudsman complaint, or unless the ombudsman reasonably believes that the person is incapable of personally tiling the complaint and that the complainant has a legitimate interest in acting on the person's behalf.
