23 AAC 40.040 - Relaxation of regulations
The procedural regulations in this title are designed to facilitate the victims' advocate's enforcement of AS 24.65 and advance justice. In the discretion of the victims' advocate, these regulations may be relaxed or dispensed with for good cause by the victims' advocate in any case where it shall be manifest to the victims' advocate that strict adherence to them will work injustice.
