3 AAC 12.160 - Receipts
The licensee shall retain, for a period of two years, a copy of all receipts given to borrowers for the receipt of money. The licensee shall make the receipts available at all times for inspection by the department. If payment cards are used and entries correspond to the receipts given to the borrowers, the department will consider the cards a copy of the receipt, and additional receipt copies will not have to be retained by the licensee.
