3 AAC 134.040 - Eligibility requirements
(a) To be eligible
to receive an allocation under the shared fisheries business tax program, a
municipality
(2) must have been classified as a
municipality under
AS
29.04.010-29.04.020 during all or part of
the program base year.
(b) To be eligible for an allocation within a
fisheries management area under
3
AAC 134.060, a municipality must demonstrate to the
department that the municipality suffered significant effects from fisheries
business activities that occurred in that fisheries management area during the
program base year.
