3 AAC 14.412 - Submittal of program administration fee
A mortgage lender shall submit a report and a program administration fee of $10 directly to the department for each mortgage loan transaction closed by the mortgage lender. A mortgage lender shall submit a report and the collected fee no later than the 15th day of each month for each mortgage loan transaction closed in the previous calendar month. The mortgage lender shall submit a complete report on a form supplied by the department.
