3 AAC 195.030 - Applicability
The provisions of this chapter apply, subject to the availability of appropriations, to the allocation and distribution by the department of money to address the immediate planning needs of communities imminently threatened by climate change-related impacts, including erosion, flooding, storm surge, thawing permafrost, and wildfires.
