3 AAC 196.010 - Applicability

Subject to the availability of appropriations, this chapter applies to the award, allocation, and distribution of money that is

(1) disbursed through the coastal impact assistance program established under 43 U.S.C. 1356 a;

(2) allocated directly to the state under 43 U.S.C. 1356 a; and

(3) subject to final approval under 43 U.S.C. 1356 a by the United States Secretary of the Interior, as subgrants for non-state proposals.
