3 AAC 196.900 - Definitions

In this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise,

(1) repealed 4/1/2012, Register 201;

(2) "coastal impact assistance plan" means the plan that the state submits under 43 U.S.C. 1356 a(c) for approval by the United States Secretary of the Interior;

(3) repealed 3/14/2012;

(4) "commissioner" means the commissioner of commerce, community, and economic development;

(5) "department" means the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development;

(6) "proposal review committee" means the group assembled under 3 AAC 196.070.
