3 AAC 23.810 - Collateral; custody
(a) If a licensee transfers collateral to
another bail bond limited producer or surety, the recipient of the collateral
shall hold it in a fiduciary capacity, return it, and otherwise handle it in
accordance with

(b) Collateral may only be transferred from
one licensee to another licensee or surety and may not be removed from the
state.
