3 AAC 46.340 - Tariff on file for public inspection
(a) An electric
reliability organization shall maintain a current tariff on its website. The
electric reliability organization shall also either maintain a paper copy of
its current tariff or provide electronic access to that tariff at the electric
reliability organization's primary business office, if applicable.
(b) Not later than 10 business days after a
change to an electric reliability organization's Internet website address, the
electric reliability organization shall file that change with the commission as
a tariff filing amending the title page, in compliance with

(c) An electric reliability organization may
not refuse to permit anyone to inspect its effective tariff during regular
business hours. An electric reliability organization may not require anyone to
provide a reason for inspecting the tariff as a prerequisite to the inspection.
