lands, buildings, and equipment of persons subject to AS 42.05 Alaska Public
Utilities Regulatory Act, AS 42.06, Pipeline Act, or related statutes, and to
examine and copy any and all correspondence and other documents of those

set out below must, on demand, be shown by any representative of the commission
