3 AAC 52.732 - Tariffs revisions
A provisionally certificated utility may revise its tariffs without commission approval, but must file any revision within 30 days after the effective date of the revised tariff. The filing must be submitted in accordance with 3 AAC 48.220 and 3 AAC 48.270 and state the effective date of the revised tariff.
