3 AAC 57.080 - Basic requirements

A designated and funded Alaska regional development organization is responsible, at a minimum, for the following:

(1) providing services designed to encourage economic development to the local villages, communities, and businesses in the region;

(2) collecting and distributing economic information relevant to the region; and

(3) serving as an effective liaison between state government and the region.
