3 AAC 91.030 - Preapplication form

(a) In order to apply for a cultural facility grant, an applicant must submit a preapplication form.

(b) Upon submission of a preapplication form, the department and advisory council will determine the eligibility of the proposed project. If the project is eligible, a grant application form will be mailed to the applicant.

(c) If a preapplication form is incomplete or the project ineligible, the preapplication form will be returned to the applicant together with a statement of the reasons for rejection.
