4 AAC 66.020 - Duties of regional resource center boards
A regional resource center board shall
(1) establish programs to serve its
participating member districts more efficiently, economically, and completely
than would be possible if each district functioned alone;
(2) establish appropriate bylaws and policies
for its operation, including
(A) conduct of
meetings and a regular meeting schedule;
(B) procedures for approval of budgets and
budget revisions; and
(C) personnel
procedures;
(3) file a
copy of its bylaws with the commissioner upon formation of the regional
resource center and within two weeks following a bylaw change.
