5 AAC 77.667 - Personal use scallop fishery

In the personal use taking of scallops

(1) there is no closed season;
(2) the daily possession limit is
(A) five rock scallops (Hinnites sp);
(B) 10 weathervane scallops (Pecten sp);
(3) there is no possession limit for bay scallops.
(4) scallops may be taken by all gear specified in 5 AAC 77.010(f)(3),
