5 AAC 95.730 - Permit term
(a) Except as provided in (b) and (c) of this
section, the commissioner may issue a permit for a fixed term not to exceed two
years, subject to the provisions of this chapter.
(b) The commissioner may issue a permit for a
personal use cabin, concurrent with a permit issued by the Department of
Natural Resources under 11 AAC 65, for up to six years.
(c) The commissioner may issue a permit for a
fixed term exceeding two years if the commissioner determines that the activity
meets the purposes and requirements of this chapter and the activity is
permanent in nature.
