6 AAC 25.035 - Payment of election officials
(a) Election board
workers will be paid $20 an hour for time spent at their election
duties.
(b) Election board
chairpersons will be paid $20.50 an hour for time spent at their election
duties.
(c) Members of the district
absentee ballot and questioned ballot review boards, and absentee voting
officials paid hourly will be paid $20 an hour for time spent at their election
duties.
(d) Members of the state
ballot counting review board will be paid $25 an hour for time spent at their
election duties.
(e) Members of the
regional counting boards, as appointed by the regional election supervisors,
will be paid a fee of $25 per hour for time spent at their election
duties.

(h) Absentee voting
officials at absentee sites will be paid $100 for time spent at their election
duties.
(i) Absentee voting station
officials at absentee stations will be paid $20.50 an hour for time spent at
their election duties.
(j) An owner
of a building used as a polling place will be paid $100 per election for use of
the building.

(l) Ballot tabulation
coordinators, polling place field workers, individuals appointed as personal
representatives, and absentee and questioned ballot processors will be paid $20
an hour for time spent at their election duties.
(m) Language assistance workers working for a
precinct in an on-call status on election day, will be paid a fee of $125.
Language assistance workers working for a regional elections office, or for
multiple precincts on election day will be paid a fee of $250.
(n) Extra election day and election night
workers write-in counting team members will be paid $15.50 an hour.
