6 AAC 25.642 - Spoiled ballots
(a) A voter who spoils a ballot may receive
up to two replacement ballots when voting early or absentee in person. If the
voter spoils the third ballot, the voter may receive and cast one more ballot
as an absentee in-person ballot.
(b) A voter who spoils a ballot may receive
up to two replacement ballots when voting at a polling place. If the voter
spoils the third ballot, the voter may receive and cast one more ballot as a
questioned ballot.
