6 AAC 30.375 - Reconsideration and review
(a) Not later than
thirty days after the date of a determination issued pursuant to
6
AAC 30.330(a) or (b), the executive
director, on her or his own motion or at the request of a party, may review the
determination. The executive director will issue a notice to the parties
advising them that the matter has been reopened and will provide both parties
with a limited opportunity to submit additional evidence, within a period of
time set by the executive director. Following the conclusion of the
reconsideration period, the executive director will issue an amended
determination or an order affirming the determination.
(b) A closing order shall be a final agency
action for the purposes of judicial review.
(c) Review of dismissals under
AS
18.80.112(c) is limited to
those instances in which the commission, on its own volition, determines review
furthers the purposes of AS 18.80.
