6 AAC 40.030 - Qualified applicants
An entity is qualified to apply for a grant if
(1) it is an Alaska state agency,
municipality, unincorporated community, or nonprofit corporation;
(2) the aid, goods, or services to be
provided by the grantee program serve a public purpose and are or were being
provided under an existing program; and
(3) the existing program suffered or will
suffer a reduction in its federal funding component in state fiscal year 1982
or 1983, or the grantee program will see an increase in demand for its aid,
goods, or services because of reductions in federal funding for existing
programs.
